Sadly there are a lot of people here in Rwanda who don't believe at all the charges being leveled at Ingabire, but are resigned that she must go to jail to keep the peace in Rwanda. The reality is that Ingabire would have probably won the 2010 presidential election had she been allowed to contest it as Rwanda is still a deeply divided country. But there's no way the RPF would step down from power without a fight.
