  • Galvarino Ancavil Hernandez is prosecuted for the murder of the trade-unionist leader Tucapel Jimenez on 25 February 1982, who was slaughtered at Santiago airport after calling for a strike. Tucapel Jimenez was president of the National Association for Civil Servants of the revenue.
