This is a joke !! This only proves that UN is in the pocket of the USA ! They have been sending weapons to the UCK since 1992, (at the same time as they declared UCK as terrorists ??). Clearly USA was a big part in ripping the whole Yugoslavian country to pieces. It was not allowed to have one working socialistic state in the western world, therefore it had to be destroyed ! Now 250 000 Serbs are refuges that has fled Kosovo and the US or Europe is doing a good dam thing about it ! It was not in the plans of the US en therefore the servant, (Europe), is not doing anything either
