Joseph Msika, one of Zimbabwe's vice-presidents has died in South Africa at a Johannesburg hospital. He was 85 and had been ill for some time.
Mr Msika was a close ally of President Robert Mugabe and was deputy president of the Zanu-PF party. He was one of the founders of Zimbabwe's nationalist liberation movement. His death will renew discussions about who will eventually follow Mr Mugabe to become Zimbabwean president.
