Skater Kramer takes lead in Heerenveen

Dutch skating star Sven Kramer has taken the lead at the all round world championship in the Dutch town of Heerenveen.

He won the 5000 metres and finished sixth at the 500 metres. Jonathan Kuck from the US surprised by securing a second place in the overall ranking. Havard Bökko from Norway is now in third place.

On Saturday the 1500 metre race will be held.
