Manager of a Restaurant

Ryandikayo is accused of genocide, crimes against humanity and violations to article 3 common of the Geneva Conventions and of additional protocol II. Identity

• He is believed to have been born around 1961 in Musenyo sector, Gishyita Commune, Kibuye prefecture. Ryandikayo was the manager of a restaurant in Mubuga sector.

Charges

• On or about 14 April , 1994, Ryandikayo with others directed members of the Gendarmerie Nationale, communal policy of Gishyita commune, interahamwes and armed civiliansto attacks the Chruch in Mubuga. The attackers used guns, grenades, machetes, spears, pangas and other weapons to kill the people in the Chruch. Tot all the people could be killed at once, so the atacks continued for several days.
