Six London police officers suspected of abusing arrestees have been suspended.
An official investigation into the incident is underway. The officers allegedly used a banned interrogation technique called waterboarding on four drug suspects. Waterboarding involves pouring water over suspects until they feel as though they are drowning.
London's Metropolitan Police have previously been discredited for their use of excessive force. Earlier this year, a demonstrator died from a stomach haemorrhage after he was brutally pushed aside by a police officer.
