In Mexico, armed men have shot at least ten patients dead in a drugs rehab clinic in Ciudad Juárez. Earlier this month, 18 people were killed in another rehab clinic in the town.

Ciudad Juárez has the highest rates of violence in Mexico and has been the scene of years of fighting between drugs cartels. The gangs accuse the clinics of protecting rival gang members. Already this year, 1400 people have been murdered in the town.
