Homosexuality decriminalised in India

Published on 2 July 2009 - 12:20pm
More about:

Sex between two people of the same sex has been decriminalised in India. The High Court has ruled that a ban on homosexuality should be removed from the lawbooks.

Up to now, there was a ten-year prison sentence for homosexuality. The law dated from the time India was a British colony. The court in New Delhi said the law was discriminatory and violated fundamental rights.

That is discrimination, every one has their right to love others! Btw, if you have weight loss problems, welcome to my blog, it's about how to lose weight, and suggestions are welcomed. :)
