In close cooperation with the ‘The Hague Justice Portal' (HJP), Radio Netherlands Worldwide (RNW) is making information on International Justice available by adding research files, source material and expert commentaries from the HJP to journalistic analysis, news and a discussion forum available at RNW.

Radio Netherlands Worldwide is the Dutch world broadcasting service and a multimedia organisation. Although government funded, RNW stands apart from official bureaucracy in word and in fact; our multilingual programming is protected by a charter of editorial independence. Through this independence we have gained a reputation for impartial and objective reporting and commentary.

The collaboration with the HJP expands this journalistic approach, allowing visitor to access the HJP directly via RNW, facilitating access to expert commentaries and research files and factual information on courts, tribunals and international law in general.

The HJP and RNW have created a joint forum open to the public, aimed at enhancing discussions on topics related to international law, human rights and political developments around the globe. This forum can be accessed via both websites.

Additionally, each of the websites offer RSS feeds and frequently updated content, delivering the latest news on international law.

Radio Netherlands Worldwide
Radio Netherlands Worldwide is the Dutch international broadcasting and internet service, offering news, information and culture to millions of people around the world. RNW's goals are laid down in its Mission Statement: "To contribute, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Netherlands, to a better informed world through a combination of independent journalism and other media services".

A broad range of programmes in Dutch, English, Bahasa Indonesia, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Sarnami and Papiamentu serve to achieve these goals, taking into account the varying information needs of different target audiences and adapting its programming to fit the media situation in various regions.

Radio Netherlands Training Centre (RNTC) provides training courses for individuals and organisations and develops projects with partner organisations in developing countries and countries in transition.

Radio Netherlands Worldwide is among the five most influential international services in the world, the other four being Voice of America, BBC World Service, Deutsche Welle and Radio France Internationale. However, Radio Netherlands Worldwide ranks 18th in terms of budget.

In Latin America, the organisation is market leader in the field of cooperation with local radio stations. In Indonesia, Radio Netherlands Worldwide is one of the most popular international stations due to its objective and reliable reporting (based on research commissioned by the BBC). The English language service is a regular winner of international prizes for its documentary and feature programme output.

The Hague Justice Portal
The Hague Justice Portal - Portail Judiciaire de La Haye is the bilingual gateway to information, news, and research activities in, and related to, The Hague. It was initiated by The Hague Academic Coalition and officially launched in April 2006.

The Portal disseminates up-to-date information about core legal institutions and about international organisations. The Portal also promotes, and provides increased access to the workings of Hague-based institutes and research centres that are relevant to the pursuit of international peace, justice and security.

The Editorial Board of the bilingual Hague Justice Portal is based at the T.M.C. Asser Instituut in The Hague.
