In Zimbabwe, there have been 100,000 cases of cholera since an epidemic broke out in the country in August. Over 4000 people have died.
Many patients are not getting treatment because many doctors and other health care professionals have left Zimbabwe. One of the main causes of the epidemic is a lack of clean water.
