      A week of snowfall just ahead of Christmas caused chaos on Dutch roads and railways. Every day, the wintry conditions made the top news headlines and people just couldn't stop talking about all the disruption caused by the wrong type of snow - much to the surprise of RNW's senior foreign affairs analyst Bernard Hammelburg.
