Terrorised teachers speak out

Published on : 31 May 2011 - 8:00am | By Eric Beauchemin (Screenshot: RNW)
More about:

Violence is on the rise in Dutch high schools. According to a survey carried out by EenVandaag, a Dutch current affairs programme, five out of every ten teachers have experienced verbal abuse in the past three years. One in ten has experienced physical abuse.

In over a third of the cases, the schools refused to take any action to protect their staff. They fear that if the school gets bad publicity, parents will remove their children and the school will lose government funding.

My view point, about the issue is as follow:
School Boards around the globe shall review learning methodes, if with all resurces and tecnology at hand of teacher, the student get a bad grade, is not the fault of the student. It is the teacher fault or the wrong learning methode.
Also and more important the concept of academic that made the title and not knowledge a grante to success.

Yes. All countries nowadays must be responsible to learn and share common truths given by our planet, not by man-made laws or regularities. Teaching is not natural behavior, but learning, sharing, unconditional love and trust are.
