After flooding the south of the Netherlands, rain and melt water from the Alps and Germany have reached the Province of Overijssel in the east. In the Dutch city of Deventer, the River IJssel has breached its banks.

But the local council was well prepared. Day trippers have flooded to the city to see the spectacle and local residents are not too worried so far. This film was made before the riverbanks flooded.
