More about:

In the next few weeks a trickle of foreign students will be coming to the Netherlands to study. Six of them will be getting their first impressions of the Netherlands together with Radio Netherlands Worldwide.

Jia Wanqing has come from China to study food technology at Wageningen University. She brought along her erhu - a two-string Chinese violin - to help her play away any homesickness she might have. Luckily, there are many other Chinese students in her student tower block.
