Almost all of the Netherlands has been hit by flooding, and even the dykes in Limburg have burst their banks, but the lowest spot in the Netherlands remains dry.
Radio Netherlands Worldwide investigates why nobody is getting wet in Nieuwerkerk aan den Ijjsel, which is seven metres below sea level.
