"Tell Us" is a re-education project in Portugal for Dutch teenagers who have been written off by child care services in the Netherlands. The project is financed with funds from a special Dutch scheme known as PGB or personal budgets for care.
But as part of its massive budget cuts, the Dutch government is going to virtually eliminate PGBs.
Tell Us is aimed at teenagers with psychiatric problems, who cut classes, drink or take drugs or who get involved in crime.
