An appellate court in The Hague has found the Dutch state partly responsible for the deaths of three Bosnian Muslims, who were killed at Srebrenica in 1995. The men in question were forced out of the Dutch-run UN compound during the days in which Bosnian Serb troops were rounding up and executing Muslim men and boys.
