"Not bad," says a young man as he takes a sip of the beer on a beach. "A bit bitter," is an older man's conclusion. They don't know yet that the beer was made out of ditchwater. Ecological artist Henriëtte Waal wants to make the landscape "drinkable". She calls her brew landscape beer.
