      Did Dutch overreact to Somali terrorist threat?

      The Dutch authorities have released 11 of the 12 Somali terrorist suspects they arrested on Christmas Eve.

      Two of the men who were freed are still regarded as suspects. A third Somali suspect is still in custody.  The case has raised serious questions about the way the police and the Dutch national intelligence service, the AIVD, deal with terrorism threats.
