Taliban leader dead?
Reports are pouring in that Pakistan's most wanted man, Taliban leader Baitullah Mehsud, has been killed by a US missile. He is believed to have died when a drone targeted the home of a relative. Senior Pakistani and US officials say there's reason to believe he's dead but because of the remoteness of the location there is not yet conclusive evidence. Listen to interview with Rahul Bedi.
US warms to ICC
The Obama administration has made a strong declaration of support for the International Criminal Court. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton expressed regret that America was not part of the court - but Washington is still a long way from signing up to the ICC.
