NATO's search for extra Afghanistan troops continues
NATO secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said today 25 countries have agreed to send 7,000 soldiers to Afghanistan, adding to the 30,000 already promised by the US. But there's also growing doubt over whether this fresh surge will actually succeed.

South Africans get ready for their biggest party in history
Celebrations for next year's South Africa World Cup kicked off today with the draw which will decide which teams play each other next June and July. Most South Africans are proud to host this event, as our correspondent Paul Anstiss found out in the streets of Cape Town, one of the World Cup host cities where the draw took place.
