European Jazz Stage - North Sea Jazz 2010, part 1 (Potter, Elling, Moran)

On air: 1 June 2011 8:05 - 31 August 2011 8:00 (Kurt Elling)

More about:

EUROPEAN JAZZ STAGE "From Rotterdam, European Jazz Stage presents the 35th Anniversary -- 2010 North Sea Jazz Festival. This Festival’s takes place in Rotterdam with events over, under, around and through this huge convention centre with an appropriate name in this seagoing city: AHOY!. Constructed in 1969, AHOY has won international prizes for its steel design and with recent renovations, it can hold up to ten thousand people for arena shows. And 150 events in this three day jazz festival take up almost every one of AHOY’S rooms.
On this first day of The North Sea Festival we’ve booked a seat in Hudson Hall. The show features three formidable musicians who have really secured their reputations in the last decade. Chris Potter leads his Tentet, singer Kurt Elling looks to Johnny Hartman and John Coltrane, and pianist Jason Moran creates innovations with history.
This is European Jazz Stage. I’m Benjamin Herman… "

It is a wonderful program to which I listen each evening, as a treat at the end of the day. I'm sure your program would find a larger audience through more PRI and NPR station. Would you consider distributing it as a podcast on iTunes?
I am very grateful for your work (and for the overall quality of the RNW, to which I have been listening now for decades).
