North vs. South Korea - again
Tensions between North and South Korea are once again high after a report was published today into the sinking of a South Korean navy ship in March, in which 46 sailors died. A multinational investigation committee concluded that there was "overwhelming evidence" that the ship was sunk by a North Korean torpedo. This will no doubt be very harmful to already frail North-South tensions, says Korea expert Koen de Ceuster of Leiden University in the Netherlands.
Hope for American hikers held in Iran
The mothers of three American hikers who were arrested in Iran last year over allegations of spying, have finally been allowed contact with their children in Tehran. One of the hikers' brother, Alex Fattal, told Radio Netherlands Worldwide that the meeting has offered a ray of hope they might get a quick release.
Greek anti-austerity strike in... Brussels
There's been another general strike in Greece today as a protest against austerity measures, but Greek trade unions also organised a string of solidarity protests in other European cities. We met a few demonstrators in Brussels.

Are you a 'digital virgin'? If so, you're not alone - an estimated one third of EU citizens have never used the internet. Dutch EU commissioner Neelie Kroes has unveiled a plan to get these digital virgins online. She warns that the EU is badly lagging behind in terms of information technology. So how does she intend to "deflower" these virgins...? Our Brussels correspondent tried to find out.
