Bomb blasts target tourists in Indonesian capital:
Terrorists have attacked two tourist hotels in the Indonesian capital Jarkata leaving nine people dead and dozens injured. The bombs targeted the JW Marriott hotel, scene of a car bomb attack in 2003, and the Ritz-Carlton. Blame may fall on the militant group Jemaah Islamiah, though no one has claimed responsibility. Newsline has the latest.
Resentment as blood feuds re-emerge in Albania:
Blood feuds were suppressed during decades of communist rule in Albania. With the collapse of Communism in 1990, this age-old tradition has made a comeback. Weak laws and poor law enforcement are being blamed. Thijs Papot reports

300 international swamp soccer, or mud football, teams have descended on Finland for this year’s finals over the weekend. After a period in the wilderness the Dutch team has emerged as a strong contender to take the trophy. Perro de Jong finds out why
