ICC's performance under review
The Ugandan capital Kampala is hosting a 12-day conference that will review the ICC's performance since its inception in 2002 and seek better ways of bringing the suspects to justice. Member states will also try to forge a deal to expand the Court's jurisdiction to include the crime of agression. Deirdre Clancy, from the Uganda-based International Refugee Rights Initiative, gives an overview of the meeting.
