Chilean bribery scandal with a Dutch twist
A bribery scandal in Chile surrounding the purchase of 200 Dutch tanks in the 1990s is still making headlines in the South American country, as two former army generals will stand trial over money they allegedly received from the Dutch company RDM that sold the tanks. Former Dutch defence minister Joris Voorhoeve denies any wrongdoing, pointing the finger at RDM.
Hillary Clinton meets Somalian President
Her husband Bill scored a huge diplomatic success by securing the release of two American journalists held captive in North Korea, but will Hillary Clinton also be succesful today when she meets Somalia's President Sheikh Sharif Ahmed? The fight against terrorism in Somalia will be high on their agendas.
