Competition 45: answer and winners
Back in December 2011 our competition (number 45) question was as follows:
The DECEMBER Euro Hit 40 show includes two hit tracks with the names of natural phenomena - or phenomenons if you prefer. This month, all you have to do is tell us the name of just one of these. The options were:
The two correct answers were Earthquake & Lightning. Our two lucky winners both gave us Earthquake.
Our congratulations - and the prizes too - go to:
A.K.M. Nuruzzaman - who lives in Bangladesh
Bal Kumari Ghimire - who lives in Nepal
Our first - Dutch - Eurobuster this month comes from a relatively new singer/songwriter by the name of Dotan. Here's his official website, which is in Dutch only at the moment. The song in question is Tell A Lie, and you can see a video of a live performance of the song in the Eurobusters 2012 section of EH40 TV on YouTube.
Our second Eurobuster has already hit the top of the Dutch charts and must surely be set for even greater international success. Ode To The Bouncer - the video - can also be found on EH40 TV. The track comes from a combo known by the name Studio Killers, based in Denmark and featuring vocalists from the UK, Denmark and Finland. More info here.
