Making Marijuana illegal because of it's adverse effects on the innocent public has nothing to do with China and it's law on feeding North Korean refugees. It sounds like you are talking about obeying all laws because they are part of the law. No, I wouldn't let any child, woman, or man go hungry if I could help them. There is a big difference between making a dangerous drug, like marijuana, and it is dangerous to the user and the public's safety, and breaking the law to feed the starving; and, I hope you think so.
