Your resisident, Hamed, is a noble individual and I've been following his outpourings since the beginning of this damned fiasco. However, I'm sick of Israel being brought into this!!! Israel has NOTHING to do with what's going on in Iran! Israel is a democratic state, with free speech and other rights to its citizens. Yes, even it's Arabic citizens! (why do you think gay Arabs prefer to live there than in their repressive lands?) That aside, don't drag Israel into this--in case you haven't heard or read, it's govt. supports the resistance. And its computer techies are actually DEVELOPING programs to circumvent Iran's internet spying and censorship practices!!! Chances are, much of the resistance is anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian. But as of now, so what? These are two separate issues. Once the revolution occurs, and there is a free flow of info coming into Iran, with less indoctrination to "hate Israel", deny the Holocaust, etc., the Iranian intellectual elite will one day appreciate Israel for all it has to offer the world. This may take generations, but hey--you just might not be alive were it not for inoculations and medical treatments developed by Israelis, and so forth!!!
