I knew that Marijke van der Meer could not be kept from the opening of this brand new museum, after had reported extensively on Dutch-Russian art relations! A great photo of paintings and dignitaries together in a merging of past and present. Unmistakeably Marijke's artistic sense and style of the moment and the posterity of photography. It serves well to complement the fine article! Even though Marijke is officially retired, I hope she does special projects for RNW in future. She is too special to let go forever!!
