I would note that the Great Mufti is a colossal hypocrite. Egyptian Christians are not allowed to build new churches, only to repair the old ones. Strikes me as a little more odious than what the Swiss have done, and of far longer standing.
The Muslims should only be listened to once they start to give their Christian minorities the same privileges that they demand from us.
Until then, they can go to hell.
