Short bursts of hearty laughs have been the principle weapons in the arsenal of very many members of our innumerable Laughter Clubs spread all over Goa, Mumbai and other parts of India. Regular members of our Laughter Clubs in Alto Porvorim, Green Valley, Mapusa, Mira-Mar-Panjim, Bicholim, Ponda, Vasco and elsewhere try to begin a new day with a session dedicated to laughing exercises. A hearty laugh in the company of like-minded believers in the therapeutic value of laugh, does provide a head start to those who indulge in this priceless exercise without fail.
