"...President Valery Zorkin writes in his ruling that the death sentence is now "impossible" because the government has signed international protocols outlawing capital punishment.".....Great, now, the international communties need to sign protocols outlawing the executions/killings of all humans who have not committed any crimes or murders. Isn't it amazing how compassionate we humans are for those who showed no compassion for those who murdered but lack compassion for those who committed no murders? Now, that we have truely progressed in our compassion let us not stop. Let us engulf all humans in our circle of Love and compassion. We humans are compassionate towards all man kind, aren't we? Lets Square our actions towards all mankink but more especially those who are innocent! (I hope I didn't rant too much on compassion.)
