Tal como lo pronosticó el Presidente Hugo Chavez, la participación de El presidente Arias de Costa Rica fué preparada para que la política de EE.UU. permaneciera hasta cierto punto oculta en esta gran burla de que fué victima America Latina. No tengo duda que a partir de ahora la lucha de los Estados Unidos será para que sus títeres reconozcan las elecciones y posteriormente el gobierto resultado de esta burla.
