If people use them more and more, they must find them helpful for a reason. From what I can tell, I`m not sure how easy are cargo bikes to handle, since you might lose a bit control when placing a heavy load in the front cargo. However, this is quite an option when it comes to transportation. Many people resort to car donations and, thus, they optimize their transportation costs.
