So, is this the brainchild of the Green Aliens or the Grey Aliens, and I forget, which ones were the good guys anyway? Let's not forget, 2012 is rapidly approaching. It would only make sense that the hidden adgenda of numerous world governments and countless politicians would include a 'population control' mechanism in order to try and save limited resources for after the apocalypse.
