Such a great visit from Prime Minister Balkenende and his team. Singapore's Prime Minister is Lee Hsien Loong, not Lee Hsien.
Dr Balkenende has been a regular visitor to Singapore as his brother, Roland Balkenende is married to a Singaporean.
Singapore is so thankful and indebted to Dr Albert Winsemius for his work to help transform Singapore. The late economist provided invaluable advice on economic development and investment policy especially from 1960 to 1985.
