Hello
I was visiting the hotel when the survivors of the coach crash came in. I went over and gave my condolances to a group of girls who were quite upset. Can you please send all those involved especially the family of the girl who died my sincere best wishes, condolences and prayers. It upset me and all of them will be in my thoughts forever. One doesn't ever think such a terrible thing could happen on what was supposed to be a good trip.
