As the adage goes "When in Rome do as the Roman's do". An employer has every right to determine the face of the company. I would hate to be served by someone who I cannot make facial contact with. If you insist on that right than you should go back to the country where it is the norm much less use that as excuse to get full benefits. It appears that you support free loaders!!
