George K., sure there are organizations help them to drill water wells and one of them is called the Syrian government. If they, Syria, has the money to built weapons in order to destroy Israel, wouldn't you think they would have the money and compassion to help their countrymen? Compassion starts at home. Take care of your family first and then share with others or to the point where you can't share anymore. They have the help but they are to selfish to help their own family!
