Saturday 26 May RNW - NEWS AND ANALYSIS FROM THE NETHERLANDS IN 10 LANGUAGES, WORLDWIDE 24/7 ON RADIO, TV AND ONLINE
Hiram 14 August 2009 - 12:01am
"So, all the circumstances point to, at the very least, a serious failure to distinguish between civilians and combatants, on behalf of the IDF, and at worst, a purposeful intent to kill civilians, which is a war crime."......There was no war between Israel and Gaza. Israel was being attacked by terrorists. Gaza's attack on innocent civilians, by Kassam rockets, was in violation of the UN by the terrorist government Gaza. Does a child have to run out of his or her classrooms or homes waving a white flag to stop the terrorists Hamas? No, Israel's response was appropriate for the force being forced on innocent civilians. If Hamas will murder innocent children, do you think a white flag means anything to them. { If Hamas will stop terrorising, Israel will not have the justification to invade Gaza. The UN should stop Hamas. Until then, Israel has a right to protect itself.
