It is my understanding that over a year ago in March 2009 the German Federal Constitutional Court banned all e-voting in Germany thus reinstating voting with paper ballots and counting by hand. Could the author of this post, Mr. Tyler, and/or anyone else who might know, please help explain the statement made above "The Netherlands is the first country to go back to voting with paper ballots, after making the transition to computers." in light of the German court's decision? Has Germany, in fact, not abandoned all e-voting?
