Dozens of journalists, cameramen and photographers gathered outside the Special Court for Sierra Leone in the Dutch town of Leidschendam, on the outskirts of The Hague, this morning.
Barriers had been erected around the entrance to the court and several streets were closed off. The media were waiting for the arrival of British supermodel Naomi Campbell who is scheduled to give evidence today in the trial of former Liberian president Charles Taylor.
Chief Prosecutor Brenda Hollis will be questioning Ms Campbell about the gift of "blood" diamonds she allegedly received from Mr Taylor.
