Three Dutch tourists have been arrested in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro for running along Copacabana beach in the nude. Despite the "low temperature" of 22 degrees Celsius, they refused to put any clothes on.
They were eventually taken to a police station. The local police have contacted the Dutch consulate. It's possible the three Dutch nationals will be handed over to the tourist police.
