Judges survive bias challenge at Wilders trial

Published on 18 April 2011 - 5:22pm
More about:

The judicial authorities in the Netherlands have turned down the request for a retrial made by Geert Wilders’ lawyer in his trial on charges of incitement to hatred and discrimination, and group defamation.

On Twitter, the populist Freedom Party (PVV) leader was cynical. “The bigwigs are protecting each other once again,” he said. His message ended with the words: “The circus continues”.

His trial proper began at the start of October 2010. That first trial ended on 22 October when Mr Wilders’ star lawyer Bram Moszkowicz successfully demanded a retrial. His challenge to the new set of judges trying the case has now been disallowed.

That whole trial is a disgraceful railroading of an innocent man. Anyone who thinks they have reason enough to convict him for insulting a religion is dumber than a box of rocks. Europeans should look around them and realize their countries are being invaded by hoards of Muslims who bring a culture with them that is not compatible with freedom. It's going to get worse. Thank someone like Geert Wilders for having the courage to speak out about this and understand that he is doing something good for all of us who demand our rights and who don't want to apologize for saying what we think. They want us all to shut up and take Islamization whether we like it or not. Support Geert Wilders- he's a hero , something like Winston Churchill was when he tried to warn all of us about the oncoming threat of the Nazis. Nobody would listen to him either. Be grateful for Geert and pray he is acquitted.

It's a terrible world we live in when speaking the truth is a criminal offense.

Geert now has to face the "new lineup" at his trial. Maybe he needs Bertus Hendriks to give him a dinner invitation!! Also, now there is the new "fan club" to democratize the PVV (finally) in case something happens so that Geert cannot carry on, say in the event of incarcaation, for example!! Bram has to pull a few Easter rabbits out of the hat to get the heat off of Geert this time!
