The launch of the Dutch NSS-14 communications satellite operated by New Skies Satellites, a company based in The Hague, has been postponed for a second time.
It was scheduled to be on the payload of a Proton rocket blasting off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Saturday, but the launch is not going ahead for technical reasons.
Last month, the launch was put off in the wake of an unmanned Russian rocket crashing at Baikonur earlier in 2011.
A new date for the launch of the NSS-14 has not yet been announced.
