Both Serena and Venus Williams are through to the women’s final of the Wimbledon Championships.
On Thursday, Serena Williams beat Russian Jelena Dementieva in three sets: 6-7, 7-5 and 8-6. On the same day, her sister Venus beat the reigning world No. 1, Russian Dinara Safina, 6-1 and 6-0.
Venus Williams has won the Wimbledon women’s final four times. Serena Williams has won it twice.
