Two Dutch soldiers serving in Uruzgan province in Afghanistan were injured on Thursday after their vehicle hit a roadside bomb.

The incident took place in the northern part of the Baluchi Valley. Both soldiers have been taken to hospital at the Dutch base, Camp Holland. They were able to alert their commanders of the situation themselves.
