In response to the posting by "Jasmin," it should be added...what country (if one thinks in terms of overgeneralised collectivism (forced or voluntary)) does not have "it spotted humanitarian reputation" and is Jasmin blaming everyone, known and unknown, down through history before they were born (or re-born for re-incarnationists.) Jasmin leaves herself open to the "never had a slave never wanted a slave" factions of libertarian freethinkers. The so-called "humanitarian reputation" of Indonesia and South Africais not exactly spotless pertaining to individuals and communities of varying religions, tribes, ethnicities, denominations and variants thereof. There are a million plus white South (Africans) exiled to Greater London as we speak, disenfranchised by corrupt beuracrats of jobs, properties and rights in a groupist/racialist agenda of greed and gloating and undoubtedly three or four million more White South Africans of Dutch, British, Irish, Italian, German and Portuguese ancestry are likely to return to Europe and seek asylum sanctuary in Australia, Canada and New Zealand within the forseeable scenarios. South African ethnotribal fighting and mutual distrust and envies are another ethnic and territorial power struggle as black South Africans chase black Namibians, Mozambicans and Zimbabweans and others from their specific tribal lands and part time jobs. The genocidal mania of Indonesia against hundreds of differing islander peoples continues unabated...so why should Jasmin keep blaming regular Dutch and other European peoples today for the human/civil rights injustice of other ethnicities on other continents? The racket of irrationalism as a guilt trip for a dollar, pound, euro or guilder seems to have run its course as the inept, incompetent financial sector yuppies must have had phoney diploma mill degrees purchased off the internet with funny money just like many so called yuppie doctors and lawyers and the usual parade of fakes, frauds and phonies. With regular, real work trades people and independents you an actually see what they can do and if they are doing a real and proper job whereas with the button-pushing office cubies claiming this or that college or pedigree the con-game is more oblique to the untrained eyes. The fruit of the pudding is in the eating and Jasmin should consider real-time real world conditions of real people now, not the pipedreams of yuppies, a failed and shallow mutant experiment of nonculture...
